Paper Box

Plaited colored paper
3” diameter x 4” high

This paper box is based on an Indonesian spice package that my parents brought me from a trip they took. The yellow basket pictured below is the original. I enjoyed figuring out the plaiting and the decorative “flower” on the top.

My recreation received a 1st Prize ribbon at the 2022 Cumberland County Fair in the “paper box” category.
